Payment is made through Paypal or personal cheque.
When ordering please ensure you comlete the personalisation box as to what you would like your item to say. If unsure please drop me an email after purchasing.
I am happy to accept cheques please select to pay by post upon checkout. Items will be posted once cheque has cleared and to 7 days delivery turn around where possible..
Please allow 7 days delivery as all of my items are handpainted and decorated, however if you have left it a little late please contact me and I will do my very best to make your items as quickly as possible. I ask that you allow this time as it is just myself and no one to cover for sickness or poorly children should anything occur.
Collection is possible from Nottingham via an agreed time only.
In the unlikely event of an item being out of stock or a delay you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to choose another item.
I unfortunately do not accept returns as all items are personalised unless it is due to my error.
Postage is just £1.95 no matter how much you spend!
